Founded by Ashly Billé in 2019, Rhythm & Soul Dance Company is more than a dance studio—it's a place where children grow in confidence, discover their passion, and become part of a supportive community. We proudly welcome dancers ages 2-18 of all experience levels.
At Rhythm & Soul, we believe dance is about so much more than learning steps. Our experienced instructors are committed to developing strong technique while building confidence, character, self-esteem, and lifelong friendships in a positive, family-centered environment.
Whether your child is taking their very first dance class or training as a competitive dancer, every student is encouraged to learn, grow, and shine at their own pace. We strive to create a studio culture where every dancer feels seen, valued, challenged, and celebrated.

This dance studio is absolutely amazing ! My daughter enjoys going to dance every week. The teachers Ms.Kelsie and Ms.Taylor are amazing with the girls. Ashley the owner has created such a fun and friendly environment for everyone. I would recommend this place 100x.
My family has been part of this dance studio for more than 4 years. My two youngest daughters have learned skills in ballet, tap, and jazz. We couldn’t be more happier of the formal training they get from the highly respected instructors. Our girls are now entering our 3rd year of the competitive team and we are excited to see the growth of these young dancers. Recently the studio has moved to a new location with a brand new floor that is every dancer’s dream. I can’t say enough about Ashly as a dance teacher and the owner of Rhythm & Soul. She works incredibly hard to make her dream a reality. She is a fantastic dance teacher! My daughter (4 yrs old) loves her and has really come out of her shell since taking ballet and tap at Rhythm & Soul. We tried 2 other dance studios in town before finding Ashley and something was always missing. Rhythm & Soul is a beautiful studio with an incredible teacher and committed ownership. They even offer adult dance and exercise classes. This place is awesome!

Rhythm and Soul has everything you need for a sound mind and body. The yoga classes are so peaceful and relaxing, the dance classes are fun and enriching. The staff are friendly and do all they can to ensure that every experience you have at the studio leaves you feeling better than before. Ashley has made a sacred space for the community to come to be restored, renewed and rejuvenated. Ashley's professional experience as a professional dancer, and her love for inspiring youth, makes Rhythm and Soul a cornerstone for dance instruction in Vero Beach. At Rhythm & Soul Dance Company, every dancer has a place to grow. We welcome students ages 2-through 18, offering classes for beginners, recreational dancers, and those pursuing competitive dance training.
Our programs are built around confidence, creativity, discipline, and individual growth. While students develop strong technical skills, they also build self-esteem, resilience, friendships, and a lifelong love of dance in a positive, encouraging environment.
Young dancers begin with Tiny Dancer, Creative Movement and foundational ballet and tap classes before progressing through age-appropriate levels and a variety of dance styles. Every class is thoughtfully designed to help students feel successful, challenged, and excited to learn.
More than just weekly dance classes, Rhythm & Soul provides a complete dance experience. From technique training and performance opportunities to recitals, community, and lifelong memories. Our goal is for every child to leave the studio feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of who they are both on and off the dance floor.
